Der Grund: Daniela Krehl gibt zu bedenken, dass hier der Punkt Frische deutlich schlechter abschneiden kann als bei Fleisch vom Metzger ohne Sauce.<\/p>\n<h3>Mariniertes Fleisch nicht grunds\u00e4tzlich schlechter, aber \u2026<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 die Qualit\u00e4t kann schlechter sein. Denn wenn Fleisch mariniert wird, verl\u00e4ngert sich die Verkaufszeit. Was darunter leiden kann, ist die Qualit\u00e4t. Denn auch wenn das Grillgut verschwei\u00dft wird, k\u00f6nnen sich Keime vermehren. Und auch Fett, das an Grillfleisch h\u00e4ufig anzutreffen ist, kann verderben.<\/p>\n<p>Hinzu kommt, dass durch meist kr\u00e4ftig gew\u00fcrzte Marinade Farbe und Geruch so stark ver\u00e4ndert werden, dass die verminderte Qualit\u00e4t nicht mehr ohne Weiteres zu erkennen ist. Wenn es schon fertig mariniertes Grillgut sein muss, dann sollten sich Grill-Fans bez\u00fcglich der Qualit\u00e4t sicher sein.<\/p>\n<p>Oder Sie halten es einfach so wie wir: Bei uns kommen frische Zutaten auf den Tisch.
