Ein Gl\u00fccksfall f\u00fcr den Ort, denn wer sonst als ein erfahrener Grillhersteller k\u00f6nnte besser f\u00fcr das Gelingen des gr\u00f6\u00dften Drehspie\u00df der Welt sorgen? Sollte das Vorhaben ein Erfolg werden, so wird der bisherige Rekordhalter um beinahe die 10-fache L\u00e4nge \u00fcbertroffen. Im Jahr 2009 grillte der t\u00fcrkische Ort Gaziantep einen 6,166 m langen Drehspie\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Es sind aber auch einige H\u00fcrden zu nehmen. Insgesamt werden die Kosten f\u00fcr dieses Vorhaben inklusive Material und Herstellungskosten auf 128.000 Euro beziffert. Des Weiteren soll der Drehspie\u00df ohne Motor und Getriebe am Laufen gehalten werden. Dies bedeutet, dass eine Tonne Fleisch nur durch Muskelkraft angetrieben werden muss. Gelingt das Vorhaben im August, soll der Erl\u00f6s an soziale Einrichtungen in der Region \u00fcbergeben werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Honig-Marinade f\u00fcr Spare-Ribs<\/h3>\n<p>Spare Ribs gelten als eine der K\u00f6nigsdisziplinen am Grill. Dabei ist oftmals besonders die Marinade ein entscheidender Faktor. Zu Spare Ribs passen besonders milde und s\u00fc\u00dfe Marinaden.<\/p>\n<h3>Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250g      Honig<\/li>\n<li>6      cl Essig<\/li>\n<li>125      ml Sojasauce<\/li>\n<li>Salz,      Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>3      Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Den Honig, Essig und die Sojasauce gut vermengen und mit Salz und Pfeffer leicht w\u00fcrzen. Jetzt noch Knoblauchzehen pressen oder fein w\u00fcrfeln und unterr\u00fchren.
