Hier ein paar Kniffe, damit Fleisch lecker und saftig bleibt.<\/p>\n<h3>Grill-Tipp Nr. 1: Mager und klein \u2013 so muss es sein?<\/h3>\n<p>Immer wieder landen in Deutschland magere Fleischst\u00fccke, mundgerecht vorportioniert, auf dem Grillrost. Das Ergebnis \u00e4hnelt sich meist, das Fleisch ist trocken und z\u00e4h. Damit Fleisch saftig und zart bleibt, darf ruhig marmoriert, sprich mit leichten Fettadern durchzogen sein. Aber Fleisch hat keine Poren. Das Anbraten dient vor allem der geschmacklichen Qualit\u00e4t, denn durch die Maillard-Reaktion bilden sich leckere Aromen. Unser Tipp: Einfach mit dem <a title=\"der Napoleon Prestige mit Sizzle-Zone \" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\/napoleon-prestige-edelstahl-2011-p-200.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Napoleon Prestige mit Sizzle-Zone<\/a> scharf anbraten und dann bei geschlossener Haube sanft und schonend weitergaren.<\/p>\n<h3>Grill-Tipp Nr. 3: Wenden \u2013 nur mit Grillzange<\/h3>\n<p>Leider stellen wir immer wieder fest, dass ein Teil unserer Kunden zum Wenden von Fleisch eine Gabel benutzt. Das Problem: Durch das Anstechen tritt mehr Fleischsaft aus, der eigentlich im Inneren bleiben soll, das Fleisch trocknet aus.
