Dieser von der GBA \u2013 German Barbeque Association \u2013 ausgetragene Wettkampf <!--more-->hat in diesem Jahr den Weg nach Schw\u00e4bisch Hall gefunden. Bei der Deutschen Grillmeisterschaft 2012 werden Preise im Wert von 3.350 Euro verliehen und teilnehmen kann jeder in den Kategorien Profis und Amateure.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Auch diese Grill-Ger\u00e4te (auf\u00b4s Bild klicken):<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<h3>7 G\u00e4nge Grillmen\u00fc<\/h3>\n<p>Bei der Deutschen Grill-Meisterschaft m\u00fcssen der Jury insgesamt 5 G\u00e4nge serviert werden. Das vollst\u00e4ndige Men\u00fc besteht allerdings aus 7 G\u00e4ngen, von denen jedoch nur 5 in die Wertung um den Titel \u201eDeutscher Grill- und BBQ K\u00f6nig\u201c einflie\u00dfen. Der Jury pr\u00e4sentiert werden m\u00fcssen die G\u00e4nge zwischen 11 Uhr vormittags und 16 Uhr am Nachmittag. Auch die Reihenfolge wird vorgegeben.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gang 1:      Bratwurst<\/li>\n<li>Gang 2:      Spareribs<\/li>\n<li>Gang 3: Fisch<\/li>\n<li>Gang 4: H\u00fchnchen<\/li>\n<li>Gang 5: Hohe      Rippe (Rind)<\/li>\n<li>Gang 6: Beef      Brisket<\/li>\n<li>Gang 7: Dessert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welche der 7 G\u00e4nge von den Teams pr\u00e4sentiert werden, darf das Team entscheiden, lediglich das Dessert \u2013 welches nat\u00fcrlich auch auf dem Grill zubereitet werden muss \u2013 ist f\u00fcr alle Pflicht.<\/p>\n<p>An der Meisterschaft kann jeder teilnehmen. Ein Grillteam besteht dabei aus bis zu 8 Personen, wobei bei den Amateuren lediglich ein Teilnehmer aus der Lebensmittelbranche kommen darf.
