\"Grillseminare2011 war f\u00fcr unsere Grillschule rund um den Gasgrill ein voller Erfolg. Und wir haben 2012 noch mehr mit Ihnen vor \u2013 unsere Grillseminare f\u00fcr alle, die gern und lecker mit Holzkohle grillen wollen. Denn nach wie vor ist der Holzkohlegrill \u2013 neben dem Gasgrill \u2013 der Grill, welcher in Deutschland den Ton angibt.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr uns geht es in den neuen Grillseminaren<\/a> nicht nur darum, leckere Gerichte auf den Tisch zu zaubern, sondern allen Teilnehmern das n\u00f6tige Wissen und Know-how mit auf den Weg zu geben, um zuhause mit leckeren Kreationen zu \u00fcberzeugen. Deshalb stehen bei unseren Grillprofis auch Punkte, wie die richtige Anz\u00fcndtechnik, die Temperaturregelung und das Einrichten mehrerer Temperaturzonen f\u00fcr perfektes Grillgut im Mittelpunkt.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich wollen wir in den Seminaren f\u00fcr den Holzkohlegrill Bew\u00e4hrtes weiterf\u00fchren. Dazu geh\u00f6rt, dass frische Zutaten bei uns auf das Grillrost kommen, Sie als Teilnehmer der Seminare etwas \u00fcber Warenkunde lernen und nat\u00fcrlich die leckeren Gerichte selbst probieren k\u00f6nnen. Und was kommt bei uns auf den Holzkohlegrill? Geplant sind Gerichte wie die \u201eSantos\u201c Rolle, Moink Balls, Chicken Wings, Lachs von der Planke, gesmokter Schweiner\u00fccken, gef\u00fclltes Schweinefilet, Grillkartoffeln, Grillgem\u00fcse und als leckeres Dessert gegrilltes Obst.<\/p>\n
