Nicht so am 20.August in Bigge-Olsberg, <!--more-->hier trifft sich die europ\u00e4ische Elite im Speedgrillen zur 6. Europameisterschaft \u2013 und das hat nur wenig mit dem Motto \u201elow &amp; slow\u201c vieler Grillabende gemein.<\/p>\n<h3>Ziel: Rekord aus 2010 knacken<\/h3>\n<p>Der grobe Ablauf ist beim professionellen Speedgrillen \u00e4hnlich dem Grillen zu Hause: Utensilien zusammensuchen, Grill aufbauen und loslegen \u2013 nur wird hier alles im Laufschritt absolviert. Im Einzelnen bedeutet dies, dass Teams aus je 2 Personen rund 150 Meter von der eigentlichen Grillstation entfernt starten und im Sprint alle notwendigen Utensilien einsammeln m\u00fcssen. Dazugeh\u00f6ren: Ein baumarkt\u00fcblicher Dreibein-Grill (nat\u00fcrlich verpackt), Holzkohle, Grillanz\u00fcnder, Zellulose, Holzzange und vier Flaschen Bier.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Auch diese Grill-Ger\u00e4te (auf\u00b4s Bild klicken):<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Sind die Kandidaten in der Grillarena angekommen, geht es an\u00b4s Grill aufbauen und trinken, denn erst wenn zwei Bier geleert sind, bekommt das Team Streichh\u00f6lzer zu Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. W\u00e4hrend die Holzkohle auf optimale Temperatur gebracht wird, muss Bier Nummer 2 von jedem Teammitglied getrunken werden, um die leeren Flaschen gegen zwei neue Biere und das Wichtigste \u2013 die Bratwurst \u2013 einzutauschen. In dem Moment, in dem die Wurst das Grillrost ber\u00fchrt, darf sie dieses bis zur Pr\u00e4sentation nicht mehr verlassen und Bier Nummer 3 wird geleert. Die leeren Flaschen muss jedes Team schlie\u00dflich gegen zwei Pr\u00e4sentationsschalen eintauschen. Zum Schluss wird die Bratwurst (die \u00fcbrigens genormt ist) halbiert, die eine H\u00e4lfte bekommt ein Zuschauer: Bevor die Jury ihre H\u00e4lfte erh\u00e4lt, muss der Zuschauer seine verspeisen, die Stoppuhr h\u00e4lt an.<\/p>\n<h3>Jury meint es ernst<\/h3>\n<p>Dass es sich dabei nicht nur um eine reine Spa\u00dfveranstaltung handelt, zeigen die Bewertungskriterien der Jury. Genormte W\u00fcrstchen wurden im Vorfeld von der Jury bereits gegrillt und als Vergleichsexemplar jedem Team zu Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, zu roh oder zu schwarz bringt Strafminuten.
