An dieser Tatsache wird niemand auch nur ernsthaft r\u00fctteln wollen. Und auch nicht daran, dass das Grillvergn\u00fcgen unterwegs genauso viel Spa\u00df verspricht wie im heimischen Garten oder auf<!--more--> dem Balkon.<\/p>\n<p>Allerdings hat die Landesanstalt f\u00fcr Gesundheits- und Veterin\u00e4rwesen im s\u00e4chsischen Chemnitz Anfang der Woche in ihrem Jahresbericht teilweise erhebliche M\u00e4ngel bei Trinkbechern und Einweggeschirr aufgedeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Auch diese Grill-Ger\u00e4te (auf\u00b4s Bild klicken):<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>So sahen die Pr\u00fcfer der Landesanstalt nach einem Test 25 von 31 getesteten Einwegbechern kritisch. Hier stellte die Landesanstalt fest, dass es zum \u00dcbergang verschiedener Substanzen in die Mundschleimhaut kommen kann. Gleichzeitig untersuchte man auch Einwegteller aus Pappe. Das erschreckende Ergebnis: In einem Fall \u00fcberschritt das Produkt die zehnfache Menge des Erlaubten an Mineral\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<h3>Unterwegs grillen: Einweg oder Mehrweg<\/h3>\n<p>Welche Lehre l\u00e4sst sich aus den Erkenntnissen der Landesanstalt f\u00fcr Gesundheits- und Veterin\u00e4rwesen ziehen? Grunds\u00e4tzlich muss man mit einer Verallgemeinerung vorsichtig sein. Aber einige Experten sehen die Erkenntnisse als Best\u00e4tigung f\u00fcr ihre Ansicht, dass Kunststoff und Nahrungsmittel eigentlich nichts miteinander zu tun haben sollten.<\/p>\n<p>Stattdessen ist der Einsatz von Mehrweg-Produkten \u2013 Tellern aus Porzellan usw. \u2013 nicht nur ges\u00fcnder, sondern auch stilvoller. Schlie\u00dflich hei\u00dft es auch beim Grillen, dass das Auge immer mitisst. Und kreativ angerichtet schmeckt es einfach noch viel besser.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Unser Tipp: Steaks, Fleisch und Fisch lassen sich auf einem Steakbrett aus Holz stilecht und geschmackvoll in Szene setzen.
