Der T\u00dcV Rheinland hat in einer Studie jetzt untersucht, wie sich das Grillen auf\u00b4s Klima auswirkt. Das Ergebnis: Gem\u00fcse schneidet aus Sicht der Klimabilanz besser ab als Fleisch.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Grillgut entscheidet, nicht der Grill<\/h3>\n<p>Viele unserer Kunden sind der Meinung, dass der Grill entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Klimabilanz hat. Der T\u00dcV Rheinland kommt in seiner Studie aber zu einem anderen Schluss. Nicht der Grill spielt hier quasi die 1. Geige, sondern was auf dem Grillrost landet. Eine \u00dcberraschung, denn Gas-, Kohle- oder Elektrogrill haben einen nur geringen Einfluss.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Auch diese Grill-Ger\u00e4te (auf\u00b4s Bild klicken):<\/p>\n<p><!--wpads#content--><!--wpads#content1--><!--wpads#content2--><\/p>\n<p>Unterm Strich hat der T\u00dcV Rheinland herausgefunden, dass beim Grillen von Gem\u00fcse um 18 Prozent geringere Emissionen klimasch\u00e4dlicher Stoffe anfallen. F\u00fcr die Studie mussten zwei Familien f\u00fcr acht Personen grillen. Kam vermehrt Fleisch auf den Grill, stiegen die Emissionen auf bis zu 18 Kilogramm CO2. Gem\u00fcse schlug dagegen nur mit rund 15 Kilogramm Kohlendioxid zu Buche.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00dcV untersucht Gesamtbilanz<\/h3>\n<p>Dass der Grill wenig Einfluss auf die Klimabilanz hat, mag im ersten Augenblick verwundern. Allerdings hat der T\u00dcV Rheinland nicht den Grillvorgang untersucht, sondern die Klimaauswirkungen der gesamten Produktionskette, also von der Herstellung des Grillgutes \u00fcber den Transport bis zum fertigen Grillgericht.<\/p>\n<p>Umweltexperten sind sich diesbez\u00fcglich schon lange einig, dass tierische Produkte wie Fleisch oder K\u00e4se wesentlich schwere Auswirkungen haben als pflanzliche Erzeugnisse. Der CO2- und H2O-Fu\u00dfabdruck f\u00e4llt durch den hohen Energie- und Ressourceneinsatz gerade beim Fleisch negativ aus.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Unser Tipp: Grillen mit Gem\u00fcse ist nicht nur umweltfreundlicher, sondern auch ges\u00fcnder.
