Aber mit einfachen Zutaten, wie Eisbergsalat, Tomaten und etwas Mais entsteht aus Oliven\u00f6l, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Senf und Aceto Balsamico eine leckere und dazu noch leichte Beilage.<\/p>\n<p>Wer will, kann zum Fleisch noch etwas frisches Brot legen. Leicht gebr\u00e4unt und mit Knoblauch- oder Kr\u00e4uterbutter bestrichen, sind die Brote ein Genuss. Einfach ausprobieren \u2013 es lohnt sich. Ach ja: Und statt Bier w\u00e4re es doch vielleicht auch an der Zeit, mal ein Glas Wein zum Grillen zu reichen.
