Eine Frage, die in der Vergangenheit immer wieder zu juristischen Auseinandersetzungen gef\u00fchrt hat. In Norddeutschland hei\u00dft die Devise: Einmal im Monat ist Grillen auf Balkonien erlaubt. Dies geht zumindest aus einer Pressemeldung<!--more--> des Verbands norddeutscher Wohnungsunternehmen e.V. hervor. Allerdings sind dem Grillvergn\u00fcgen recht enge Grenzen gesetzt.<\/p>\n<h3>Mieter vorab informieren<\/h3>\n<p>Peter Hitpa\u00df, Pressesprecher der VNW, wei\u00dft darauf hin, dass Mieter, die auf dem Balkon ihren Grill anwerfen wollen, ihre Mitmieter dar\u00fcber informieren m\u00fcssen \u2013 und zwar 48 Stunden vorher. Dabei st\u00fctzt sich der VNW auf ein Urteil des AG Bonn mit dem Aktenzeichen 6 C 545\/96. Aber auch die H\u00e4ufigkeit des Grillens auf dem Balkon war bereits Gegenstand schwerer Nachbarschaftsstreitigkeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Allerdings fordert der Verband norddeutscher Wohnungsunternehmen dazu auf, R\u00fccksicht auf seine Nachbarn zu nehmen. Dieser Aufruf gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr das Wohnen in beengten Verh\u00e4ltnissen. \u00dcbrigens: Auch f\u00fcr das Grillen gilt mit Ausnahmen die Nachtruhe.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorsicht bei Grillverboten<\/h3>\n<p>Viele Mieter leiten aus den Urteilen deutsche Gerichte ein Recht auf\u00b4s Grillen ab. Aber Vorsicht: Verbietet der Vermieter im Mietvertrag den Gebrauch eines Holzkohle- oder Gasgrills, sind beide tats\u00e4chlich tabu.
