Aber es darf ruhig auch mal was anderes sein. Warum also nicht auch beim Grillen einfach mal \u00fcber den eigenen Schatten springen. Und den Weinkeller vor der n\u00e4chsten Grillparty von unten nach oben kehren. Denn nicht jeder Wein passt zu medium rare oder well done.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den R\u00f6staromen, die beim Grillen Aroma und Geschmack verleihen, passen s\u00fc\u00dfe Weine. Edle, trockene Tropfen aus dem letzten Jahrhundert k\u00f6nnen also ruhig weiter im Dornr\u00f6schenschlaf vor sich hinschlummern. Stattdessen darf es ruhig etwas s\u00fc\u00dfer und prickelnder zugehen \u2013 wie mit einem Sekt, Cava oder Lambrusco. Und als kleiner Aperitif eignet sich ein junger und spritziger Vinho Verde.
