Deshalb haben wir uns den Kopf zerbrochen und die wichtigsten Regeln f\u00fcr den kleinen Grill-Knigge aufgestellt.<\/p>\n<h3>Grill-Knigge Nr. 1: Behandle das Grillgut wie ein rohes Ei<\/h3>\n<p>Ein perfektes Grillgericht steht un f\u00e4llt mit den Zutaten. Deshalb sollten Letztere frisch und von entsprechender Qualit\u00e4t sein. Aber selbst die besten Zutaten haben wenig Sinn, wenn die Vorbereitung nicht stimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Grills und Zubeh\u00f6r finden Sie bei <a title=\"Link zu santosgrills\" href=\"http:\/\/www.santosgrills.de\">santosgrills.de<\/a>. Fleisch geh\u00f6rt in die K\u00fchlung und wird erst vor dem Grillen mariniert.<\/p>\n<h3>Grill-Knigge Nr. 2: Anfeuern mit AZK oder ausgewiesenen Anz\u00fcndhilfen<\/h3>\n<p>Leider greifen Grillbesitzer immer noch zu Spiritus oder Verd\u00fcnner als Anz\u00fcndhilfe. Und provozieren damit jedes Jahr schwere Unf\u00e4lle. Dabei gibt es Alternativen \u2013 wie den Anz\u00fcndkamin und feste Anz\u00fcndhilfen. Beides ist eine Kombination, die mit Sicherheit f\u00fcr die perfekte Glut sorgt \u2013 auch ohne die Gefahr einer Stichflamme.<\/p>\n<h3>Grill-Knigge Nr. 3: Fettbrand niemals abl\u00f6schen<\/h3>\n<p>Tropft Fett in die Glut, entsteht Fettbrand. Gel\u00f6scht wird meist mit Bier. Allerdings ist das Ergebnis alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdampft in Sekundenbruchteilen und wirbelt dabei feine Aschepartikel auf, die auf dem Grillgut landen. Besser ist der Einsatz einer Aluschale oder ein Unterteilen des Grillrosts in mehrere Bereich. Steaks oder W\u00fcrste k\u00f6nnen so schnell beiseite genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Grillen will gelernt sein. Unsere drei Benimm-Regeln sind nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus dem Grill-Knigge.
