Wo trennt sich aber die Spreu vom Weizen? Und l\u00e4sst sich ein Gasgrill mit jedem Gas betreiben? Zwei Fragen, auf die Einsteiger eine Antwort suchen. F\u00fcr eine lange Lebensdauer<!--more--> des Grills sind zwei Faktoren entscheidend. Einerseits entscheidet das Material \u2013 sprich der Stahl \u2013 dar\u00fcber, wie lange frischgebackene Gasgrill-Besitzer Spa\u00df mit ihrem Grill haben.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der anderen Seite ist nat\u00fcrlich der Umgang einer der wichtigen Einflussfaktoren. Punkt Nummer 2 kann der Hersteller eines Gasgrills nat\u00fcrlich nicht beeinflussen. Die Qualit\u00e4t des Materials aber sehr wohl. Grunds\u00e4tzlich sollte der Grill aus Edelstahl gefertigt sein, da es sich allgemein durch eine hohe Korrosions- und Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit auszeichnet. Aber Edelstahl ist nicht gleich Edelstahl.<\/p>\n<p>Geringf\u00fcgige Unterschiede in der Legierung k\u00f6nnen sich deutlich in den Eigenschaften niederschlagen. Edelst\u00e4hle mit ferritischer Komponente geh\u00f6ren in diesem Zusammenhang zu Materialien, die weniger korrosionsbest\u00e4ndig sind als deren Verwandte mit einem hohen Nickelanteil. Wer auf Qualit\u00e4t setzt, sollte deshalb vor dem Kauf auch Informationen zum Material einholen, aus dem der Gasgrill gefertigt wird.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Propan, Butan, Erdgas<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Der Gasgrill hat seinen Namen aus gutem Grund \u2013 er wird mit Gas betrieben. Allerdings ist Gas nicht gleich Gas. Erdgas, Propan- und Butangas sind drei Varianten, die sicher jedem sofort einfallen. Deutsche Gasgrills werden vornehmlich mit Propan- und Butangas. Auf beide sind die Gasbrenner der Grills ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Einfach so den Gasgrill mit Erdgas betreiben, davon raten Experten ab. F\u00fcr welches Gas man sich entscheidet, h\u00e4ngt unter anderem davon ab, ob man nur im Sommer oder ganzj\u00e4hrig grillen will.
