Eines steht fest: Der DRY AGER ist daf\u00fcr gemacht, perfekte Qualit\u00e4t abzuliefern.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Temperatursteuerung aufs Grad genau<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den perfekten Reifeprozess ist die genau Temperatursteuerung und ein optimale Luftfeuchtigkeit. Beides l\u00e4sst sich mit dem DRY AGER DX 1000 ohne gro\u00dfe Probleme erreichen. Die Temperatursteuerung ist bis auf 0,1 \u00b0C genau regelbar. Und auch die Luftfeuchtigkeit l\u00e4sst sich in einem Bereich zwischen 60 bis 90 Prozent elektrisch einstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Das integrierte DX AirReg-System besteht nicht nur aus einem Frischluft-Aktivkohlefilter und einer UVC-Entkeimung, es sorgt im Reifeschrank f\u00fcr eine optimale Luftverteilung. Und die Isolierglast\u00fcr l\u00e4sst kein st\u00f6rendes UV-Licht in den Reifeschrank eindringen.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Was passt in den DRY AGER DX 1000?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ein oder zwei Steaks kriegst Du im DRY AGER\u00a0 mit Sicherheit unter. Es darf aber auch etwas mehr Fleisch sein. Der Reifeschrank bietet Platz f\u00fcr bis zu 3 R\u00fcckenstr\u00e4nge von etwa 1,20 Metern L\u00e4nge.
