In der K\u00f6lner Hafenstra\u00dfe ist ein Mekka f\u00fcr alle entstanden, die Grill und Barbecue lieben. Neben Hardware bekannter Marken wie Weber, Outdoorchef oder Grandhall gibt\u00b4s bei uns bekanntlich auch eigene Produkte. Und wie der Zufall will, haben wir einen Teil unseres<!--more--> Zubeh\u00f6rsortiments \u00fcberarbeitet. Drei Tools f\u00fcr alle Griller werden wir diesmal genau unter die Lupe nehmen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Santos R\u00e4ucherbrett &#8211; 100 % Western Red Cedar<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Rauch ist einer der Trends, den immer mehr Grillfans ausprobieren. Damit ist nicht zwingend der Smoker oder das Grillen mit Holzpellets gemeint. Wood Chips, Wood Chunks und R\u00e4ucherbretter erzeugen ein dezentes \u2013 aber \u00fcberzeugendes Aroma. Unsere Santos R\u00e4ucherbretter werden aus 100 % Western Red Cedar gefertigt, sind 1 cm stark und bieten auf 30 x 15 cm viel Platz zum Grillen.<\/p>\n<p>Lachs, Jakobsmuscheln oder Garnelen \u2013 unsere R\u00e4ucherbretter verleihen Fisch und Meeresfr\u00fcchten, aber auch Gefl\u00fcgel und Co. ein angenehmes Raucharoma.<\/p>\n<p><b>Santos Gusswok \u2013 darf\u00b4s mal Asia sein<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Der Grill ist schon lange eine Au\u00dfenk\u00fcche, die mit jeder Indoork\u00fcche mithalten kann. Neben Grillpfannen oder Wendeplatten gibt\u00b4s bei uns einen Wok aus Gusseisen. Der Vorteil: Das Material verteilt die Hitze perfekt und erm\u00f6glicht so perfekte Ergebnisse. Probieren Sie in Zukunft das eine oder andere asiatische Grillgericht aus \u2013 und lassen sich kulinarisch \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Lust auf Flammkuchen oder Pizza<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Schon mal mit dem Grill gebacken? Nein! Dann wird es Zeit f\u00fcr unseren Pizzastein. Durch eine Fertigung aus Cordierit ist dieser nicht einfach nur hitzebest\u00e4ndig. Der Santos Pizzastein h\u00e4lt Temperaturdifferenzen zwischen Ober- und Unterseite aus. Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaft bleibt eine hohe Lebensdauer gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Pizzastein bereiten Sie \u00fcbrigens nicht nur Pizzen zu.
