Die Geschichte hinter den Saucen von Stokes ist relativ schnell erz\u00e4hlt. 2004 entschloss sich<!--more--> Stokes-Gr\u00fcnder Rick Sheepshanks zur Entwicklung einer Mayonnaise, die aus nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten wie ganzen Eiern britischer H\u00fchner und Oliven\u00f6l bestand.<\/p>\n<p>Die logische Folge: Stokes entwickelte immer neuer Saucen und Tomatenketchup. Zwingende Voraussetzung ist die Verwendung nat\u00fcrlicher Zutaten, die auf traditionelle Weise verarbeitet wird. Damit kommt ein Maximum an Geschmack, Qualit\u00e4t und Aroma ins Glas.<\/p>\n<h3>Nat\u00fcrliche Grillsaucen aus Rendlesham Hall<\/h3>\n<p>Seit 2004 hat sich viel getan. Aus Stokes ist ein Unternehmen mehr als 40 Besch\u00e4ftigten geworden. Und schon lange geht es nicht mehr nur um Ketchup oder Mayonnaise. Die Marke Stokes steht heute f\u00fcr BBQ-Saucen, Marmeladen oder Chutneys.<\/p>\n<p>Eines der Highlights von Stokes, das Sie \u00fcbrigens auch bei uns im Grillshop finden, ist die Barbecue Sauce. Oder der Bloody Mary Tomato Ketchup. In beiden stecken nat\u00fcrliche Zutaten. Im Bloody Mary Ketchup kommen aber noch Worcestershiresauce und Wodka hinzu. Wer es dagegen etwas fruchtiger liebt, kann bei Stokes zur Cumberland-Sauce (Weihnachtssauce; nur saisonal erh\u00e4ltlich) greifen. Und f\u00fcr eine gewisse S\u00fc\u00dfe sorgt die Stokes Steak-Sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Fazit: Mit Stokes ist ein neuer Stern am Himmel der Grillsaucen aufgegangen.
